Your smile can be one of your greatest assets and give you the confidence to achieve great things!
Did you know that people with healthy and beautiful teeth are perceived as happier and more confident? Cosmetic dentistry offers many options for patients who would like to enhance or change the appearance of their teeth.
Dr. Sigman’s advanced skills and training can help you achieve the smile you’ve always dreamed of. We offer a range of services to enhance your smile.
Whitening your teeth is one of the quickest and most cost-effective ways to upgrade your smile.
At Performance Dental Center, we offer two convenient options that will accommodate your needs, whether you seek immediate results or prefer to whiten on your own. Both in-office and take-home whitening are efficient and effective and will deliver a whiter, brighter smile in very little time.
Gone are the days of unsightly grey metal fillings in your mouth. The material of choice for dental fillings is now composite resin, which is pliable and durable and can be custom shaded to match your teeth.
Composite is bonded directly to your tooth and requires the removal of less tooth structure than the metal amalgam fillings of the past. If your tooth suffers from decay, Dr. Sigman will treat it by removing the decay and then placing an esthetically pleasing restoration that you’ll be able to rely on for years to come.
Dental veneers are an ideal way to repair and enhance your smile. Best described as thin layers of porcelain that fit over your teeth, a veneer can improve the appearance of issues such as:
- Misshapen teeth
- Gaps and spacing problems between teeth
- Small chips, fractures, and wear
- Misaligned teeth
- Size discrepancies
- Discoloration and staining
Veneers can be custom shaded to match your existing teeth, and they’re also stain resistant so you won’t have to whiten them. While a veneer can repair one or two teeth, they’re best utilized to enhance an entire smile. Dr. Sigman combines both his skill and artistry to design smiles using porcelain veneers.
Our patients living with crooked teeth understand the toll it takes on your confidence. Misaligned teeth also affect your oral health because they’re harder to keep clean and can contribute to TMJ or clenching and grinding issues.
Many of our patients don’t find the idea of wearing traditional metal braces appealing, and for this reason, Dr. Sigman offers Invisalign to his patients. Invisalign uses clear plastic aligners to apply gentle pressure and straighten your teeth gradually. Aligners fit snugly, are comfortable to wear, and are virtually invisible so they don’t interfere with your daily activities.
